1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cloud Migrator ("the Service"), operated by ZudoZu, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Cloud Migrator provides a web-based interface for migrating files between cloud storage providers including AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, DigitalOcean Spaces, and Google Cloud Storage.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete cloud provider credentials for migrations.
- You must have authorization to access and transfer data from both source and destination storage.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Transfer data that you do not have the right to move
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
5. Data Transfer
You acknowledge that Cloud Migrator facilitates data transfer between cloud providers using credentials you provide. We do not take ownership of or responsibility for the data being transferred. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to transfer your data and that the transfer complies with applicable laws and your cloud provider agreements.
6. Credentials
Cloud provider credentials you provide are encrypted at rest and used solely for executing migrations. You may delete stored credentials at any time. We recommend using scoped credentials with minimum necessary permissions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZudoZu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from use of the Service.
We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or transfer failures caused by cloud provider outages, invalid credentials, insufficient permissions, or network issues.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your stored credentials will be deleted and migration history will be purged after 90 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
